She was raised as an American Princess
Following the betrayal of a former lover, Sara Sherbrooke swore off relationships, too afraid she would be used again. Instead she has devoted all her energy to succeeding in politics without relying on her family name. That is until one night in Hawaii with her brother’s best friend Christopher Hall.
He is a self-made billionaire
Technological genius and CEO of Hall Technology, Christopher Hall first met Sara Sherbrooke when he and Jake Sherbrooke were college roommates. While attending Jake’s wedding in Hawaii, Christopher is reintroduced to Sara, a beauty who was once way out of his league. But now as the most eligible bachelor in Silicon Valley, the only thing stopping Christopher from pursuing Sara is the thought of betraying his best friend.
As they work together to promote a new education initiative, neither can deny the attraction between them. But will their growing romance be worth all of the consequences?

I wrote my first story with characters similar to those in the Sweet Valley Twins books at the age of 10 on my grandmother’s manual typewriter. As I got older my stories and characters became more mature. During my freshman year at UMass Dartmouth, I read my first romance novel and fell in love with the genre. I have been writing contemporary romance ever since.
Today I live with my husband, three beautiful daughters and two dogs in Massachusetts. Whenever I have a free moment you’ll find me either reading a romance novel or working on my most current story

Harlie’s Interview:
Welcome Christina Tetreault! Please start off by telling us a little about yourself.
Thanks so much for having me to today. I consider myself first a wife and mother to three beautiful daughters. My oldest will be 6 in May and my twins will be 4 in June. In addition to being those things I am a romance author, a Girl Scout leader and the president of my local MOMS club.
Is The Billionaire Princess a single title, or part of a series?
The Billionaire Princess is the 3rd book in my contemporary romance series The Sherbrookes of Newport.
What were your inspirations for the story?
After the release of book 1 The Teacher’s Billionaire I realized that I had to tell Sara’s story so that readers knew why she’d acted the way she did in book 1.
Please share your setting for The Billionaire Princess . Have you ever lived or visited there? If so, what did you like most?
The Billionaire Princess opens in Hawaii, which I have never visited but my husband has. It also has scenes that take place in Rhode Island, where I grew up and where I lived until I was 25. Another key scene takes place in Virginia Beach. I visited there for the first time last summer and really liked. There was just something special about the area.
When did the writing bug first bite?
The bug struck when I was 10 and I have never stopped writing. However, I only started letting people read what I wrote about 10 years ago when I first joined RWA.
Who are you favorite authors, book/series?
I have several favorites including Julia Quinn, Johanna Lindsey, and Jessica Andersen.
Do you have any hobbies or special things you like to do in your spare time?
In the little spare time I have I enjoy reading and exercising.
Thanks so much for having me today.
Pink’s Interview:
Top ten things you don’t know about me:
1. Cotton or Silk?
For the most part I always go with cotton. I like anything I wear to be soft and comfortable.
2. Champagne/beer/wine?
Oh, tough question. Part of it depends on my mood and what I am doing. If I am celebrating something, it has to be champagne. However, if I am just watching a movie and want a little something I will go for a beer usually a Sam Adams. On date nights with the hubby, we will sometimes share a bottle of wine. I prefer white, but will drink both.
3. Plotter/pantser
For the most part I consider myself a pantser. I go into every story with a very general idea of how it will begin, and end as well as who the characters are, but that is about it.
4. Describe your workspace
With 3 daughters under the age of 6, I write where I can find some peace and quiet. Most often I write in my bedroom at night after the girls go to sleep. During football season I sneak out to Starbucks and write there.
5. Sports fan or just tolerate it?
I would say it depends on the sport. I enjoy baseball, but my husband isn’t to into it. He prefers football, which I tolerate.
6. Who is your biggest influence on writing?
I can not say one particular author has influenced my writing the most. I have my favorite authors and I try to emulate what I think they do best in my own writing.
7. Favorite food –
My favorite food has got to be pizza. I think I could eat it everyday.
8. When did you start writing?
I wrote my first chapter book at the age of ten. At the time I loved the Sweet Valley Twins books and tried to write something like those. I have never stopped writing.
9. If money were no object, where would you like to live?
If money were no object I would live in either England or Scotland in a refurbished castle.
10. What’s next for you?
Currently I am working on the fourth book in my contemporary romance series The Sherbrookes of Newport. This book will focus on Lauren McDonald who readers first saw in book 1 The Teacher’s Billionaire.
3 daughters under the age of 6?? I’m amazed that you have enough time or energy to do any writing!
Thanks so much for having me today
I’ve read and enjoyed the first two books in this series so I can’t wait to read this – thanks for the mini interview and spotlight on the book!
